Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2025-12-20
1. Our privacy philosophy
QuantumAuth is built as a security and privacy–first platform. We design our products so that we do not need to collect, store, or process personal data about you in order to provide core functionality.
Wherever possible, sensitive operations stay on your own devices and are protected by hardware security (TPM, secure enclaves, and similar technologies).
2. Data we collect
We designed QuantumAuth so that we do not need to collect any personal data for authentication to work.
- We do not collect names.
- We do not collect email addresses for tracking.
- We do not collect device fingerprints.
- We do not collect IP addresses for profiling.
- We do not build behavioral or marketing profiles.
Any cryptographic keys used by QuantumAuth are generated and stored on your own devices. Private keys never leave your hardware; they are not visible to QuantumAuth, and they are not uploaded to our infrastructure.
3. Cookies & tracking
Our goal is simple: zero tracking.
- We do not use tracking cookies.
- We do not use third-party analytics (e.g. Google Analytics).
- We do not embed third-party advertising pixels or beacons.
- We do not use session replay or key-logging tools.
If a feature ever requires a cookie (for example, a purely technical session cookie), it will be strictly necessary for the service and never used for tracking or advertising.
4. QuantumAuth client & browser extension
The QuantumAuth client and browser extension are designed to run locally on your device. They:
- Do not send your browsing history to QuantumAuth.
- Do not inject third-party trackers into pages.
- Only communicate with configured QuantumAuth endpoints to perform authentication operations.
The extension and client exist to move cryptographic messages between your device and the service you are logging into. They are not built as telemetry or analytics tools.
5. Infrastructure & logs
Our first-party services are configured to minimize logging and avoid storing unnecessary data. However, the hosting providers, CDNs, or networking layers that serve this website may maintain their own temporary logs (for example, IP address and user agent) for security, abuse prevention, and operational reasons. These logs are controlled by those providers and are subject to their respective privacy policies.
We do not sell, rent, or trade any data with third parties.
6. Your control
You can uninstall the QuantumAuth client or browser extension at any time. Removing them stops all QuantumAuth processing on your device. Because we do not keep profiles or analytics tied to your identity, there is nothing for us to “delete” in most cases.
7. Changes & contact
If we ever need to change this policy, we will update this page and adjust the “Last updated” date above. Any change that would increase data collection will be made cautiously and documented clearly.
If you have questions about this policy or how QuantumAuth handles privacy, you can contact us at: privacy@quantumauth.io .
